By USDEC Staff February 24, 2015

ThinkUSAdairy.org is built for global buyers, foodservice professionals, food and beverage manufacturers.

U.S. Dairy exports exceed $7 billion annually, and have enjoyed five consecutive record years of growth. Still, much of the world is still discovering U.S. dairy. Where can global buyers go to learn what our industry has to offer and to find U.S. suppliers selling the specific products they need?

Answer: ThinkUSAdairy.org, launched last week as a sister site to the redesigned usdec.org

Developed by the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC), the site is tailored to the unique needs of global buyers, foodservice professionals as well as food and beverage manufacturers. Formulators and chefs alike can now keep up with ever-evolving trends and gain inspiration for using U.S. cheese and dairy ingredients in new and innovative ways.

The new site replaces the domestic-focused InnovateWithDairy.com.

    Among other things, ThinkUSAdairy.org:

    • Shares in-depth knowledge of the U.S. dairy industry and its broad portfolio of multifunctional ingredients.
    • Highlights consumer trends
    • Shows how manufacturers and chefs can capitalize on the versatility of U.S. cheese and dairy ingredients to develop on-trend applications
    • Showcases our farms, product portfolio and global reach with a clean, crisp design that automatically adapts to any mobile device

Additional elements of the new site include:

    • Nutrition insights detailing benefits of dairy in meeting consumer needs
    • Hundreds of recipes and formulations to help stimulate application ideas
    • Searchable database for suppliers of U.S. dairy products (which used to be located on usdec.org)
    • Product information, technical materials, marketing trends and video content

If global customers ask, "Why U.S. Dairy?," this new site provides answers.

The U.S. Dairy Export Council is primarily supported by Dairy Management Inc. through the dairy farmer checkoff that builds on collaborative industry partnerships with processors, trading companies and others to build global demand for U.S. dairy products.
